A bit about me, Jay

My life experiences have often been alternative in nature, centering communication and kindness.

This has led to a wide open mind and deep curiosity about the world and the people in it.

I have lived experience of neurodivergence, as well as years of personal and professional relationships with other neurodivergent people. My approach is neuroaffirming and I follow the social model of disability.

I love using creative techniques and physical props to look at things from different angles and support processing, and draw from lots of different influences.

I am deeply interested in the mind-body connection as well as the impact of community and environment on mental health and take a holistic approach to counselling.
